Laptop Turns Itself Off When Charger Plugged In

When using a laptop battery without the laptop charger can be switched on with a good and normal condition, but when the laptop is on and plug the charger in the laptop plugged directly or die. This case occurs in a toshiba laptop some time ago, and we deal with in our workshop. After analysis, it turns out there is damage to the processor, where this laptop uses an Intel Dual Core processor types.

By replacing the processor with good issue is resolved and the laptop works normally again. So in conclusion, the laptop turns itself off when the charger in the plug caused by the weakening of the processor performance, how to fix it is to replace the processor.

The position on toshiba laptop processor on the inside of the casing, so we have to open the case first. Once the casing is dismantled then we will see the heatsink as shown above, now the processor is right under the heatsink, remove the heatsink and processor off and replace with normal.
