1. First click the Start Menu - Devices and Printers.

Control Panel is one of the main options available in the "Start" menu located at the bottom left corner of Windows. In the Control Panel, you will find lots of icons and options that you can click. Find the label "Printers" or "Printers and Scanners," but if you are using Windows Vista section was in "Hardware and Sound".



2. Once you find a window like the image below, right-click on the printer that is installed on your computer and click Printer Properties.



3. Next in the window that appears click the General tab and locate the IP address in the Location field. That's the IP address of your printer.



4. If you do not find, try clicking on the Ports tab menu - put checks on the choice of a standard TCP / IP Port and click the Configure Port button.



5. So then the IP address of the printer will be displayed again at the window.
