  1. First block cell which want to be able to edit. Eg in the example image below my block on the cell or range E5, E7, E9, E11 and E13. Then click Format and click once on the Lock Cell to change the selected cell becomes Unlock Cell.

  5. In the Protect Sheet window, click unchek the option Select locked cells, Do not forget to add a password, then click OK. Confirm Password window will appear, enter the same password again and finally click OK.
  6. Done. If all steps are correct then it should only last cell in unclock alone that can be selected (clicked) and edited, while another cell can not clicked as locked or protected.
