What Is Personal Computer (PC) Meaning? - Personal Computer (PC) is a tool that is used to process the data according to procedures that have been formulated. Computer word originally used to describe people whose jobs do arithmetic calculations, with or without the tools, but the meaning of this word is then transferred to the machine itself. Origins, processing information almost exclusively related to arithmetical problems, but modern computers are used for many tasks unrelated to mathematics.
In that sense there are tools such as slide rules, mechanical calculators types ranging from abacus and so on, until all contemporary electronic computers. Personal computers are used to size large enough to operate a program, now with the ability to operate a small form diverse program. Electronic equipment (hardware) and program (software) have made a computer into a useful object.
A computer that only has only electronic equipment or software alone will not work. With no two computers can then serve as a useful tool.

The third element of the computer system should be interconnected and form a unity. Hardware will not work if no software, and vice versa.
