    I have a problem in installation ,when i filled all the required text-boxes then I clicked on install button ,it displayed this page "The localhost page isn’t working
    localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500" ??
    May you help me where is the problem ?
    I have ojs Version 3.0.1.0
    php version PHP 7.0.13
    XAMPP version 3.2.2
