We came back to give a solution of the problems of printers, after some time ago post about Tips Fixing 10 Printer Problems With Quick and Easy. This time on how to fix Error in the Print Queue Document. Actually this solution is long but I found only this time thought to share here, you probably already know and of course there is also the uninitiated, so I share for who do not know how.
Documents can not delete or cancel.
1. Stop the spooler with:
Click Start -> Run type: Services .msc
Then a window will appear like the following services,
2. Locate the Print Spooler service by name.
Right-click Print Spooler and click Stop.
3. Delete spool files.
Open Windows Explorer (can be a way to open My Computer or click the Windows button + E on the keyboard).
Go to directory : C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ .
Delete all the files in that folder.
Note: If the spooler is running correctly, the folder should be empty if the printer is not on the run. Delete files to free trapped spooler and can resume normal operation.
4. Restart the spooler service.
5. Right-click on Print Spooler and click start earlier.
6. Done
