Sejak Google merilis browser Chrome versi 37, mereka telah menambahkan fitur baru untuk meningkatkan font rendering pada Windows. Teks render beralih dari Graphics Device Interface (GDI) ke DirectWrite di Chrome versi 37 dan sementara sebagian besar pengguna tidak melaporkan masalah, beberapa pengguna melihat bahwa font tampak diperbesar dan agak kabur dalam browser.
